Each preset is built to be versatile, elegant and professional, adapting to different scenes and lighting conditions.

Can I use these presets on mobile?

Yes. Every preset pack is compatible with both the desktop and mobile versions of Adobe Lightroom, so you can edit anywhere, directly from your phone.

How do I install the presets?

Every purchase includes a detailed guide with step-by-step instructions for Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, Capture One, and Lightroom Mobile. The process is quick — you can start editing right away.

Do the presets work on all types of photography?

Yes. They’re designed to work across weddings, portraits, landscapes, lifestyle, fashion and editorial photography, with variations that adapt easily to different scenes.

Do I need a Lightroom subscription?

You need an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription to use presets on Lightroom Classic (desktop). You can use them on the free mobile version of Lightroom without any subscription.

Are the presets compatible with AI editing software?

Yes — they can be integrated into AI editing software such as Aftershoot, so you can keep your distinctive style without paying for separate automated-preset subscriptions.

How long will a preset collection stay available?

Collections are generally available for one year. After that, new exclusive collections are released, so the shop always reflects current work rather than a retired look.

Can I create my own custom presets from these?

Yes. If you land on a combination of adjustments you love while editing, you’re welcome to save it as your own custom preset in Lightroom or Capture One for future use.

How can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Contact us by email after completing your purchase and we’ll send you an invoice for your order. You’re responsible for any taxes or fees applicable in your country of residence, according to local tax regulations.

THE FULL PICTURE — PROCESS & POLICY

Before you apply for a slot

When does the work on my Full Picture actually start?

Immediately after your purchase. As soon as payment is completed, my studio begins building your custom, tailored questionnaire — the work starts the moment you buy, not when you first respond.

Can I get a refund for The Full Picture?

No. Because the work begins immediately after purchase, this service is not refundable under any circumstances, at any stage of the 10-month process.

What happens if I go quiet during the process?

If more than 60 days pass without a response from you — on the questionnaire, on a requested update, or on any step of the process — the engagement is considered closed. Once that happens, the work stops permanently and no refund, extension or resumption of the process can be offered, for any reason.

Can I pause and pick it back up later?

Life happens, and short delays are normal — but the 60-day window is firm. If you know you’ll need longer than that before you can engage again, reach out before the window closes rather than after.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Can I resell, share or redistribute any product from this shop?

No. Every product sold here — presets, guides, and Full Picture reports — is protected by copyright. Resale, redistribution or sharing in any form, including partial files or excerpts, is strictly prohibited. Violations will be pursued through legal action.

Can I request a refund if I’m not satisfied with a preset pack?

These are digital products, so we don’t offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and downloaded. Please read the product description and review the previews carefully before buying — if you have any doubts, contact us first.
